Effective self-management is today a part of a multi-million dollar industry as an increasing number of individuals are searching for ways to organize their time, health, emotions and goals to become more productive.

This course is specifically designed to teach us different aspects of self-management from an Islamic perspective. Grounded in the teachings of our rich scholarly tradition based on the Quran and Sunnah, and utilizing lessons offered by modern scientific research, this course will offer a unique blend of tradition and technology in order to address key topics in effective self-management – health, stress, sleep, time, conflict, inter-personal relationships, work ethics, dawah and personal productivity.

From what we should eat to how much we should eat, from working under pressure to conflict resolution, from meeting deadlines to regular exercise, from improving the quality of our sleep to improving our relationships, join us as we learn how the Sunnah teaches us to become more balanced physically, mentally, socially and emotionally.
